Sr Content Project Manager (Remote)

Job Profile Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, experienced and dynamic Sr. Project Manager to join our content production team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is Gen AI curious and will lead a team of multiple Gen AI Content Strategists who will help our clients optimize their content for Gen AI-powered futures. This role requires strong agile project management skills to understand the team’s weekly capacity and strong communication skills to manage delivery expectations with client stakeholders. Think of yourself as the traffic manager for the entire Gen AI content production team. A full understanding of the Scrum sprint methodology, including daily stand ups, burn rate reporting and backlog grooming sessions, is essential for leading the project, assess capacity and priorities to communicate proactively with all project stakeholders. This hybrid role of a project manager and intake coordinator requires strong change management and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement project plans.
• Manage project scope, goals and budget.
• Assure deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, milestones and deadlines.
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead team of Gen AI Content Strategists on a daily basis.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Be the primary client contact and manage expectations, especially around capacity and priorities.
• Communicate project progress, challenges and solutions to stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and feedback sessions.
• Ensure alignment with senior management and key business units.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to manage potential project challenges.
• Budget Management:
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure financial objectives and project objectives are met.
• Track progress and produce regular status reports.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control processes to guarantee the highest standards of content are met.
• Process Improvement:
• Continually evaluate and refine delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Gen AI and content strategy

Qualifications:

• Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
• 5-7+ years project management experience, at least 3 years in a lead project manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Proficiency with enterprise level project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira), MS Office and familiarity with content management systems.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large content operations and/or content supply chain projects, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead diverse and cross-functional teams and manage complex client stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional project management experience and skills to lead change management, internal and external stakeholder communication, budgeting and delivery quality assurance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
