Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to lead our projects with a focus on profitability, client satisfaction, and team performance. If you’re a results-driven leader with experience in software development project management, this role is perfect for you!

Salary: 8.000 – 12.000 net per month (B2B)

Responsibilities

Project Success & Profitability

• Plan, execute, and manage projects to meet business goals and client expectations.
• Ensure project profitability through effective budget, scope, and resource management.
• Make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
• Clearly explain technical concepts to clients and identify dependencies early.

Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch Next.js,, Sanity and Expo solutions.
• Ensure optimal utilization and performance of project teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Maintain Agile methodologies and best practices.

Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and technical teams.
• Provide clear and timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Drive high client satisfaction through proactive communication and seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of the React ecosystem (Next.js, React Native, Expo).
• Experience with headless CMS platforms like Sanity.
• Proven track record of maintaining project profitability.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing distributed teams.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice To Have

• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMP).
• Experience with UK/US clients.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Strong financial management skills.
