Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure unified design across print, digital, and multimedia communications.
• Guide product management initiatives and partake in product development leveraging market and customer insights.
• Conduct thorough market research to facilitate successful product launches and enhance existing offerings.
• Attend industry conferences to gather insights and disseminate new trends and innovations to the team.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration for new product development and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine lead nurturing methodologies, utilizing data from various channels.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring uniform branding across all communications.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop creative briefs and ensure high-quality execution of all marketing materials, including digital and print.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners, including media contacts and strategic allies.
• Ensure the marketing team has access to essential tools and training for success, nurturing a collaborative environment.
• Maintain a detailed calendar of marketing events, social media activities, and communication schedules to ensure team alignment.
• Stay informed of multimedia design trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Travel as necessary for meetings, events, and industry expos (up to three times per quarter).
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering their professional growth and creating an inclusive workplace.
• Work in conjunction with HR and the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure effective resource allocation and staff development.
• Support and participate in internal and external sales meetings as required.
