- Lead the day-to-day management of community engagement and online reputation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with global experience preferred
- Strong understanding of multi-platform social media strategies and content planning
- Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Solid writing and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with leading social media platforms
- Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and social media management platforms (experience with Sprinklr is a plus)
- Strong passion for storytelling and creating engaging shareable content
