Senior Business Development Manager
The company, a leading Forex brokerage firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the Forex trading environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating business opportunities specifically within the Forex brokerage sector, managing relationships with industry
players, and driving growth aligned with EC Markets’ objectives. This position focuses on strategic relationship building and expansion efforts within the Latin American market.
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to expand EC Markets’ presence within the Forex brokerage sector, leveraging industry-specific insights and market trends.
ï‚· Leverage your professional network and industry expertise to identify and secure new business
opportunities with institutional clients, liquidity providers, and other key players in the Forex industry.
ï‚· Develop and manage a sales pipeline specific to Forex brokerage services, driving business growth in line with company objectives and market demand within the Forex space.
ï‚· Foster and maintain strong relationships with Forex industry players, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners.
ï‚· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape within the Forex brokerage industry, using insights to guide business development efforts.
Requirements:
ï‚· Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience specifically within a Forex brokerage or closely related financial services industry.
ï‚· In-depth knowledge of Forex trading platforms, industry compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
ï‚· High proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ï‚· Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills with a proven track record in the Forex brokerage sector.
ï‚· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic Forex trading
environment.
ï‚· Willingness to travel to meet clients and industry partners, supporting market expansion and strategic partnerships.
Preferred Background:
ï‚· Prior experience working directly with Forex brokers, liquidity providers, or financial services platforms that cater to Forex traders.
ï‚· Familiarity with Forex CRM systems, MetaTrader platforms (MT4/MT5), or similar trading technology.
ï‚· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement market expansion strategies specifically within the Forex brokerage industry.
