Job Description: Regional Business Development Manager, Remote Position, must live in the region -MD, DC, VA, DE
$90-$120K plus commission commensurate with experience.

As our Regional Business Development Manager, you will represent the organization within all marketing sectors and help position PDI to be the go-to for Radiology needs. You will be instrumental in leading and growing our business in this region and being part of a team that is excited to build, grow, and thrive.
What You Will Do
Lead the Charge: Attend tradeshows, networking events, educational forums, and any other industry related gatherings. Actively engage with all industry trade associations and groups. Identify opportunities for offerings/improvements that will help improve PDI’s ability to market and grow in current and future sectors.
Elevate Operations: Keep current on industry trends and best practices that may impact the business and service offerings of the organization and offer up ideas and solutions to meeting the needs of the clients/patients.
Build Networks: Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospects in the marketplace using a variety of communication methods, strategies, and resources. Learn, understand, and know the market (prospects, competitors, vendors, etc.) Effectively manage all activity in the CRM, keeping all relative information and activity up to date.
Stay Competitive: Negotiate contracts and pricing and ensure contracts are fully executed prior to services being rendered. Contribute positively to the client/prospect experience by engaging, supporting, and working with the entire PDI team collaboratively.
What You Bring
Experience & Strategy: Proven ability to build relationships and drive new business. Minimum 5 years sales experience & Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Prior experience in Mobile Radiology or other Healthcare sector, and experience in the Long Term Care industry a plus.
Business Acumen & Ambition: Self starter with a get it done attitude who can drive new business. Can work independently and in a collaborative team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
