About You
You are someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and be able to grow professionally.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
- +12 months experience in related fields.
- Experience conducting coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Advanced English
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Advisory and Coaching
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach, helping employees navigate challenges, career aspirations, and developmental opportunities.
- Design tools, content and resources to address coaching sessions within best practices.
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Conduct well-being coaching sessions to address work-life balance, stress management, and personal challenges.
- Collaborate with wellness teams and HR to ensure employees have access to the necessary resources.
- Serve as a key point of contact for compensation discussions, role clarity, and policy guidance in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, People Experience Business Partners, and leadership teams to align strategies and deliver consistent employee support.
