About The Role

DigniFi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Servicing Supervisor to lead and support our Loan Servicing Department. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a passion for problem-solving and driving operational excellence in the financial technology industry.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, supervise and develop loan servicing team.
  • Monitor performance, scheduling, and providing feedback on employee’s overall performance.
  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts and hitting company goals.
  • Research and analyze accounts and examine historical data; evaluates past collection efforts.
  • Apply standard due diligence practices to collect monies owed; uses all appropriate communication efforts.
  • Resolve problems, provide support, and ensure excellent customer service to all internal/external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and ensure that company policies are followed.
  • Perform specialized work, such as collection of loans requiring specific knowledge and performance of non-routine duties, such as second talk offs, management takeovers and dialer campaigns.
  • Review employee timecards, attendance and performance and address concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain proactive communication with employees and management.
  • Participate in management meetings and conduct morning huddles.
  • Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in Collections.
  • 3+ years of experience managing, evaluating, and developing staff in a call center environment, preferably in the auto finance or related industry.
  • Proven success in reducing delinquency and charge-offs through effective team leadership.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effectively manage and motivate a team of up to 15 or more Collection Specialists.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Where You Will Work

This position is remote, subject to change. Must reside in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $69,000 – $72,000 a year. DigniFi salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job-related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience. Please note that the compensation details listed in postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
