We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing TikTok Shop Affiliate collaborations by handling essential operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include researching and onboarding creators, managing sample requests, and keeping community groups engaged. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and passionate about affiliate marketing, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Research & Onboarding: Identify and add TikTok Shop creators to collaboration lists based on brand guidelines and target audiences.
• Sample Requests: Review creator sample requests to ensure they align with brand requirements. Track and manage the distribution of product samples to approved creators.
• Community Management: Add creators to Lark and WhatsApp groups, share best practices, and support engagement initiatives, such as competitions.
• Process Optimization: Follow workflows for efficient outreach and onboarding, track progress, and flag any issues or bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Highly Organized: You can manage repetitive tasks efficiently without missing details.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Lark, and WhatsApp for tracking and communication.
• Clear Communicator: Able to provide concise updates and ask questions when clarification is needed.
• Self-Motivated: You thrive in a remote working environment and are comfortable managing your own workload.
• Previous experience in an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, administrative, or support role.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms is a plus.
