This role will be responsible for all the creative and graphic design for ELSA across multiple channels, including the app store (app store assets such as screenshots, videos, and descriptions as part of ASO strategies), advertising, social media, and brand assets. The role will ensure high-quality, consistent outputs that align with ELSA’s brand identity and marketing objectives while optimizing creative assets to enhance app visibility and conversions.
What you will do:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Own and execute ASO strategies, including keyword optimization, A/B testing, and updating app store assets (screenshots, videos, descriptions) to improve visibility and conversions across global markets.
- Live-Ops Campaign Management: Plan and manage live-ops campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization, leveraging data insights to optimize results.
- Creative Team Leadership: Lead and manage the creative team, including designers and video editors, to produce high-quality assets for brand-building and user acquisition (UA).
- Brand Consistency and Quality: Oversee and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, including app-store screenshots, in-app banners, promotional videos, and other marketing materials.
- Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Sales) to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align strategies and execute initiatives effectively.
- Teamwork and Influence: Exhibit excellent teamwork skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role, with a focus on digital platforms such as games, native apps, and other interactive products.
- Strong proficiency in go-to-market strategies, live-ops campaign management, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- A solid understanding of User Acquisition framework, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems through strategic and creative approaches.
- Demonstrated success in delivering impactful and innovative campaigns, showcasing a strong ability to align creativity with business objectives.
