Cherub Baby is searching for a talented and super creative Full Stack Marketer who will join our dynamic and growing team!

 

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ideating, deploying, analysing and reporting on marketing campaigns that effectively communicates our brand’s message and promotes our products across digital channels.

 

You will play a critical role in driving our online presence and optimizing our digital sales channels. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team management skills to achieve our digital marketing and ecommerce goals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce platforms, and consumer goods in the digital space.

 

This role does not require media buying skills (ie Google and Facebook ads).

The Role:

 

Implement: Investigate and deploy digital marketing opportunities including overseeing 3rd party.

Customer Growth Plan, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals and strategies.

Content Calendar: In partnership with our Marketing Director, create our content calendar for promotions, competitions, co-ordinating with other team members and external parties.

Brand Management: Define and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity that resonates with our target audience. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and channels.

Problem Solving: Identify marketing challenges and proactively seek innovative solutions to overcome them.

Oversee: You’ll oversee our Marketing Co-ordinator and Graphic Designer as well as co-ordinate with external contractors. Strong communication skills and attention to detail is critical here.

 

Skills and Requirements:

 

Must have knowledge and experience

  • Completed Bachelors Degree in Design or Digital Marketing or Marketing, Communications or similar field.
  • 4+ years experience in Marketing related jobs.
  • Strong attention to detail, combined with a passion for crafting visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Experience working with an ecommerce brand that sells physical products.
  • Must be proficient in English communication both written and oral.

 

Must have skills

  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision. Self driven.
  • Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem Solver: A proactive problem solver who can navigate challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a keen sense of time management to meet deadlines within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work on Australian (Sydney) hours and fixed full-time schedule
  • Amenable to using a time tracker
  • Experience with email marketing flows preferably using Klaviyo and Shopify.
  • Bonus points: Knowledge of web UI/UX principles, and responsive design is considered a valuable asset to, enrich marketing efforts.

Keen understanding of SEO and the role of content marketing across multiple channels.
