Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to help build outstanding experiences that align with our mission and transform innovative ideas into fully scaled deployments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centric design, a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise, and a passion for advancing the boundaries of AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute strategically to the direction of our tools, grounded in deep user empathy.
• Define feature areas with meticulous attention to detail, identifying opportunities to enhance quality and consistency across workflows.
• Design polished, beautiful, and intuitive user interfaces that build trust and showcase the transformative capabilities of AI technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Rapidly prototype concepts using code or other methods to effectively communicate ideas and generate excitement.
• Deliver high-quality work creatively within a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment, often navigating ambiguity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years in product design, ideally with experience in complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API-driven products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction designs.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end on large, complex products or multiple initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for creating scalable, impactful, and safe AI technologies that open new possibilities.
• Experience in prototyping, especially using front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS), is preferred.
