Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital strategies. Experience with fast-growing brands or startups is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: You’re passionate about CPG, Food & Beverage, or Health & Wellness and have a deep understanding of content-driven commerce, industry trends and consumer behaviour.
- Skills: You’re well-versed in performance marketing, active on social media, and excited about content creation with a passion for brand building. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential.
- Creativity: You’re a creative thinker who loves developing fresh marketing ideas and innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and can present ideas clearly and effectively to everyone—from junior team members to senior leadership.
- Leadership & Collaboration: You inspire and lead teams, manage projects and collaborate across departments. You’re comfortable working with internal leadership and external vendors, and can confidently drive your agenda while navigating diverse perspectives.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Marketing Content Creation Generating Demand for Online and Offline sales:
You’ll own multiple content initiatives across our eCommerce and retail channels, including organic creative, paid media creative. From concept to execution, you’ll lead content production that drives sales and deepens our connection with customers. You’ll work closely with the performance team to optimize campaigns while managing internal and external resources to bring these projects to life.
Support Retail Sales:
You’ll collaborate with the sales team to create on-brand communication and design materials, including customer-facing sales collateral and B2C shopper marketing assets, to drive sales in both retail and eCommerce.
Oversee Product Launches:
You’ll be the glue that holds product launches together, coordinating timelines, managing internal communications, and ensuring every department is aligned and working efficiently. You’ll keep launches on track, on time, and within budget, delivering results that matter.
Execute a Consistent Communication Strategy:
You’ll ensure that our messaging stays true to our brand’s personality, tone, and style across every touchpoint—from social media to in-store promotions and advertising.
Understand the Market and Our Consumers:
You’ll dive deep into market research, using tools like social listening, consumer data, and web analytics to understand our customers’ needs. Consumer insights will drive not only our marketing strategies but also product development and innovation.
Lead a Creative Team:
You’ll mentor and guide a talented team of two creatives (our Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer), helping them grow while ensuring all creative work stays true to the brand’s voice and vision. Your leadership will push the boundaries of what we can achieve.
Collaborate with Compliance:
Working closely with our QA and legal teams, you’ll develop marketing and product claims that resonate with consumers and meet all regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail will ensure that all external communications are both impactful and compliant.
Be a Key Player in Strategy and Innovation:
Your input will help shape marketing strategies, explore new product ideas, and identify opportunities to improve the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, using your marketing expertise to help us innovate and grow.
