About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to specialize on our integration work and to take ownership of all processes related to integrating Talkpush with external systems, driving API innovation, and ensuring our partners and clients experience seamless connectivity. You’ll work closely with customers to understand and finalize their integration specifications, negotiate straightforward setups, and ensure seamless implementation. This role involves frequent meetings and direct collaboration with clients to align on needs and deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead integration projects from concept to completion, ensuring quick go-live timelines and minimal engineering costs.
• Act as the primary liaison for integration partners, managing expectations and resolving challenges.

Customer collaboration: Engage directly with customers to understand their integration requirements and objectives.

• Facilitate meetings to help customers finalize specifications and negotiate effective integration setups.
• Provide expert guidance to simplify complex integration processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the integration phase, addressing concerns and adapting solutions as needed.

Process Standardization:

• Define and document integration processes to provide clarity and consistency for internal teams and external partners.
• Develop educational resources to help partners and clients onboard and utilize Talkpush integrations effectively.

API Innovation and Design:

• Design and improve API capabilities to enable new scenarios, expand partner ecosystems, and enhance product features.
• Collaborate with Talkpush engineering teams to prioritize and implement API enhancements.
• Gather feedback to iterate and refine our integration capabilities.

Integration Ownership:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Ensure integrations adhere to Talkpush’s performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Optimize processes to increase scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, project management, or technical roles with a focus on APIs and integrations.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and teams.
• Strong understanding of API design and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage multiple complex projects and conduct frequent client meetings.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving innovation.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies or HR tech is a plus.
