We’re on the lookout for a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take charge of shaping the strategy and ensuring its seamless execution across advertising campaigns on multiple platforms. What you’ll do:

  • Take full ownership of the Paid Media Budget: Managing and optimizing the paid media budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Developing Effective Strategies: Formulate and execute paid advertising strategies tailored to drive B2B enterprise sales.
  • Account-Based Marketing Support: Use paid advertising to enhance account-based marketing programs, including creating and managing retargeting campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
  • Account Audits & Recommendations: Conduct comprehensive audits of paid advertising accounts and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling ad copy and design high-converting landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Experiment with ad creatives, audience segmentation, and conversion-focused strategies to achieve optimal results.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, etc.), and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee search, display, paid social, and other paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs and provide detailed reports on metrics, goal progress, and revenue tracking to measure campaign impact.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, provide feedback, and contribute recommendations and initiatives.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and platform updates including social media marketing, attribution, search and display advertising to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

Who you are:

  • You have good experience in B2B enterprise marketing and a strong understanding of the space
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, including social media campaigns
  • You are skilled in data analysis and reporting, turning numbers into actionable insights
  • You have successfully managed moderate to large-scale multi-channel accounts with budgets of at least $50k
  • You have excellent knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads (search, display, video), Facebook Ads, and others, and you’re adept at evaluating their performance and effectiveness
  • Your expertise in Google Analytics allows you to create, interpret, and act on standard and custom reports to optimize campaigns
  • You are proficient with Google Ads scripts and use them to optimize team workflows and enhance efficiency
  • You have a proven track record of successfully implementing paid advertising initiatives that deliver measurable results
  • You excel at transferring knowledge to junior and mid-level colleagues and enjoy engaging in collaborative discussions with fellow senior specialists
  • You have strong writing skills and can craft engaging content for ads and landing pages that drive conversions
  • You are an analytical thinker with a knack for critical thinking, enabling you to make informed, rational decisions
  • You welcome feedback and use it to refine and improve your work
  • You have excellent attention to detail and maintain high standards in everything you do
  • You’re proactive, highly organized, and excel at time management and planning
  • You’re a problem-solver with strong research skills, always eager to find the best solutions
  • You adapt quickly to changing circumstances and shifting priorities, staying focused and proactive in addressing challenges as they arise
  • You have proven experience building consensus and working collaboratively across teams, fostering strong relationships to achieve shared goals.
