Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead outbound demand generation initiatives alongside our sales team. In this capacity, you will design and implement targeted campaigns that engage high-value accounts, foster pipeline development, and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-value accounts according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Craft and execute personalized outbound campaigns tailored to specific target accounts and buyer personas.
  • Oversee cold email campaigns utilizing tools such as Smartlead and HubSpot, focusing on engagement and conversion optimization.
  • Partner with sales to devise multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, messaging sequences, and sales collateral development.
  • Create templates, messaging, and enablement materials to bolster outbound sales initiatives.
  • Work in conjunction with content, design, and demand generation teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of outbound campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance processes, tools, and strategies to maximize operational efficiency and campaign impact.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a concentration on outbound demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing outbound campaigns that lead to pipeline and revenue growth, particularly in enterprise settings.
  • Proficient with tools such as Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar platforms; familiarity with email deliverability best practices is a plus.
  • Strong messaging and copywriting capabilities, with an emphasis on crafting tailored content for both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Proven experience aligning marketing strategies with sales goals to achieve shared objectives.
  • Data-driven mindset for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Knowledgeable in ICP development, sales collateral production, and account targeting methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, IT, or security sectors, particularly targeting enterprise buyers or technical demographics.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
  • Expertise in enhancing the effectiveness of cold email campaigns.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary Range: (120,000-)150,000 (subject to adjustment based on qualifications, role level, and location). In accordance with state laws, salary ranges are provided for transparency, and individual salaries will be determined based on qualifications and geographic location.
