Position Summary:
As the Creative Operations Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and organization of creative projects at Styled Settings. You’ll balance hands-on design work with operational oversight, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring every deliverable aligns with our brand’s luxurious aesthetic. This role is perfect for someone who can bring a fresh perspective to workflows, inspire innovation, and manage the seamless delivery of exceptional creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership:
- Manage timelines and oversee the production of creative assets for 8-12 product launches per quarter, including Amazon listing images, A+ content, packaging, inserts, and marketing collateral.
- Lead quarterly updates to the Amazon storefront and ensure website assets align with brand updates.
- Maintain and refine workflows using existing tools (ClickUp, Slack) to streamline approvals and meet deadlines.
- Creative Direction:
- Collaborate on visual concepts for Amazon listings, website updates, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop photography shot lists, video briefs, and mood boards to guide external photographers and videographers.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent, elevated visuals across all channels.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Manage and mentor 1-2 graphic designers, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and order management teams to ensure alignment on creative needs and deadlines.
- Process Optimization:
- Foster a system where fewer revisions are needed by promoting clear communication and strong initial concepts.
- Analyze creative performance (e.g., Amazon conversions) and propose strategies to continuously improve.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or design roles.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and creative teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with tools like ClickUp or Slack.
- A keen eye for luxury aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to juggle hands-on design and operational oversight.

- High-quality, innovative visuals that meet brand standards.
- Reduced revisions over time through strong creative foundations.
