What You’ll Do
ProService Hawaii is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a passion for driving scalable technical solutions. In this role you will lead Salesforce custom development and system integrations, including platforms like Workato. You’ll play a key part in visualizing, architecting, and executing best-in-class Salesforce implementations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal teams. From designing cutting-edge automations to developing user-friendly interfaces, your work will empower employees to perform the vast majority of their tasks in Salesforce and related systems, replacing manual processes and legacy tools with streamlined, scalable solutions.
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll take full ownership of Salesforce design, development, and deployment, delivering seamless integrations and optimizing system performance. You’ll reduce manual processes, improve workflow accuracy, and drive user adoption of Salesforce across the organization. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Experience
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience
- 3+ years Salesforce configuration and workflow experience
- Custom or integration development experience
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated advanced technical knowledge in Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Communities, Salesforce integrations
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, customizations vs Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
- Strong technical knowledge of Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning, Apex Triggers, REST, etc
Customer focus
- Strong customer service mindset. Deliver streamlined holistic technical solutions to delight customers
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to balance detail with practicality
Resourcefulness / Initiative
- Ability to work independently and deliver scalable and efficient solutions
- Leverage team members, colleagues and communities to design and implement best-in-class solutions
- Proactively identify technical solutions and implement needed solutions
Organization / Planning
- Plans and organizes initiatives, tasks and workload in an efficient productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.
- Effectively juggles multiple projects. Anticipates reasonable contingencies

- Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work. The pay range for this role is $130,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
