Overview: This position is a digital planning role responsible for the development of digital media planning strategies for a range of clients. The position will operate collaboratively with the entire planning team, and interface regularly with sales reps. Additionally, they will be in close contact with those activating the digital plans. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver, highly motivated, strategic thinker and adaptable to the ever-changing media world. They are proactive and actively seeking out new and better ways to get things done. Candidates must also possess the ability to translate diverse and complicated digital concepts into understandable themes and be comfortable communicating these to sales reps.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Strategy & Planning: o Develop and recommend media strategies and media plans aligned with client objectives, KPIs, target parameters, and budgets.
o Collaborate with sales representatives, digital, and planning teams to create tailored media plans across digital channels (display, online video, search, social, STV)
o Recommend and identify effective media platforms to reach target audiences and maximize ROI.
2. Client Interaction & Proposal Development:
o Actively participate in client-facing and internal meetings to provide strategic recommendations.
o Lead the development, implementation, and stewardship of media plans from proposal to contract.
o Manage contracts and other client-facing deliverables.
3. Team Collaboration:
o Work alongside internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and plans.
o Be flexible in adapting to different account categories and media platforms.
o Continuously learn new skills and contribute knowledge across teams.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience:
o At least 3-5 years of experience in digital media role.
o Experience in the advertising/marketing industry, especially in a fast-paced, team-based environment, a plus.
o Previous experience with Salesforce and a DSP is required.
o Experience in the luxury sector a plus.
Skills:
o Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to assimilate large quantities of information quickly, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools a must (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
o High energy, self-starter with a positive attitude.
Additional Information:
• The role is fully remote and requires working on East Coast hours.
• Candidates must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
