We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist/Manager to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in ensuring that our client’s message is distributed across all of our engagement channels, including digital & events and offline

As Digital Marketing Strategist/Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategy. Working closely with the team in Canada and India will be devising a strategy surrounding the successful execution of marketing goals in the pursuit of reaching, customer acquisition, and customer lifetime value targets.

  • Translates brand strategy into objectives and plans for the campaign to drive the growth of the portfolio; makes recommendations for divisional marketing strategy based on campaign-level insights.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including website launches, online tools, web applications, and online advertising campaigns,
  • Oversee and manage all paid lead generation channels, campaigns and reporting including but not limited to paid search, Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, YouTube, content syndication, account-based marketing, and other digital channels,
  • Translates brand- & portfolio-level strategic objectives into campaign/program-level strategies; leverages consumer/business insights (e.g., insights from the Customer CoE) and previous campaign learnings to inform campaign brief; works with Marketing leaders to clearly define KPIs and objectives for each campaign
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to ensure KPIs are met and actionable insights are derived,
  • Continually optimize campaigns, audiences, creativity, and copy to ensure cost per lead is in line with the ROI goals
  • Leads the execution of marketing campaigns for portfolio and ensures execution aligns with annual plan objectives; acts as a key point of contact for getting requests for the brand, counterparts, and other partners for the review and approval of creative
  • Collaborates with partners, colleagues to incorporate leading-edge, innovative marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels, to drive relevant and best in class campaigns
  • Manage direct to consumer websites’ ad tech and analytics, including the technical set up of tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, Product Shopping feeds, Google analytics, and more
  • Collaborate with team to support product launches, regional marketing activities, sponsorship, and community engagement efforts in a digital capacity.
  • Supports leadership in the development of annual marketing plans

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • 7-8 or more years experience in Paid Search (PPC), Google Shopping, Display, Video ads (Experience managing YouTube ads, a plus)
  • 7-8 or more years experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads, including advanced targeting, asset/creative/content testing, and optimization
  • Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and paid ads strategies; experience working directly with clients and communicating and directing the digital marketing and paid ads strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, google sheets, etc.
  • Advanced experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools or dashboards
  • Experience managing technical aspects for tracking and analytics, including pixels, GTM, UTMs, product feeds, etc.
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
  • AdWords certification is a plus.
