Lead Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the Application Management and DevOps domains.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Drive the strategic vision and execution of AM and DevOps initiatives.

Application Management:

Oversee the lifecycle management of applications, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Implement best practices for application monitoring, maintenance, and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

DevOps:

Develop and implement DevOps strategies to streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate processes.

Ensure robust infrastructure management, including cloud services, containerization, and orchestration.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the DevOps practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.

Communicate effectively with senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Technical Expertise:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in AM and DevOps.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex issues and projects.
