About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Canva Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs using Canva for various marketing and branding initiatives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to bring concepts to life through captivating visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop compelling and on-brand designs for social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, infographics, and other marketing materials using Canva.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual content.
• Content Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under tight schedules.
• Feedback Incorporation: Receive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets for easy access and future use.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Canva Designer or similar role in a creative/design environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Canva, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and branding.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Tools: Familiarity with other design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
