The Role – More Than Just Code:

We’re searching for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer who loves solving complex technical challenges and building innovative solutions. You’ll work directly with our founder to craft sophisticated web applications, develop scalable APIs, and create powerful tools that businesses rely on. This isn’t just about writing code – it’s about architecting robust solutions, implementing advanced functionalities, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with no-code.

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ practices
• Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript in production environments
• Node.js experience building backend systems
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs
• Comfortable with Git version control and collaborative development
• Solid understanding of state management and application architecture
• Understanding of database design and management (MongoDB/PostgreSQL)
• Problem-solving abilities with real-world technical challenges
• Clear communication skills in English – you’ll be involved in product discussions

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience with no-code platforms (especially if you’ve worked with Webflow and Shopify)
• Exposure to SaaS products and development
• Understanding of web animations and modern interactions
• Ability to write clear technical documentation
• Open source contributions
• Personal projects or products you’ve built

The Interview Process:

1. A detailed application showing us why you’re excited about development

2. A technical discussion about your past work and coding approach

3. A take-home project that mirrors real work you’ll do (max 45 mins)

4. A final discussion about product thinking and collaboration
