Key Responsibilities:

For Freshers:
Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and software.
Collaborate with senior developers to write clean and efficient code.
Assist in the design and implementation of new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with the codebase.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
For Experienced Developers:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Python-based applications.
Work on backend systems, APIs, and microservices development.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, improve system efficiency, and ensure high performance.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate data storage solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to deliver seamless user experiences.
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

For Freshers:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Python programming language.
Familiarity with basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
A willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
For Experienced Developers:
Proven experience as a Python Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize existing systems.
Good communication skills and experience working in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data science or machine learning (optional for experienced developers).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
