As the Technical Lead, you’ll lead a talented team of developers to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions. Your unique skills and leadership will inspire your team to grow and deliver outstanding results—on time, on budget, and with quality that exceeds expectations. 

If you have strong expertise in software development, especially full-stack development, leadership skills that inspire teams to deliver their best work, top-notch communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to anyone, a problem-solver who loves turning complex challenges into effective solutions, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles, and project management skills to handle budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. About you: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience: more than 5 year’s relevant experience 
• Technical Skills: Proven hands-on experience in full-stack development and software delivery.  Technologies include: 
  • Angular (Or similar Javascript framework),  
  • C#,  
  • Databases (AWS RDS & EventStore would be advantageous),  
  • CI/CD tools such as Octopus deploy and relevant web observability tooling.   
• Tools: Knowledge of security standards like ISO 27001 and OWASP. 
• Methodologies: Understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, along with some experience in DevOps practices.  
• Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and fostering teamwork.

• Lead end-to-end software delivery that align with organizational goals. 
• Technical design —guiding the team to ensure solutions are robust and effective. 
• Champion clean code practices, quality standards, and automation testing. 
• Manage timelines and commitments to deliver successful outcomes. 
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery success and achieve business goals. 
• Ensure all software complies with security and regulatory standards. 
• Mentor, recruit, and grow a team of developers and testers. 
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and outcomes.
