About the Role
Are you a Website Coordinator/Producer with a passion for producing high-quality video and photo content? Sydney Catholic Schools is seeking a Website coordinator to lead website refresh projects for our schools, direct and manage video and photo shoot. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with the wider Marketing Communications and Creative teams to produce engaging digital experiences, ensuring consistent messaging and accessibility across our WordPress multi-site platform. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a purpose-driven role that makes an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee school website refresh projects, managing everything from preparation and planning to execution. You’ll produce, direct, and manage photo and video shoots for both school and system websites, and write engaging scripts for promotional and educational videos that align with SCS’s messaging. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining SCS and individual school websites using a WordPress multi-site platform, as well as conducting regular website audits to ensure accessibility and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Communications team and Schools to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. You’ll also update content across SCS websites in line with system-wide projects, and share the management of the web support portal to resolve school website issues.
In addition, you’ll develop and maintain SEO strategies for school websites, design and develop site maps, and optimise website images to ensure suitability.
Finally, you will promote and implement SCS’s mission, vision, and values, and may be assigned additional duties as needed.
