What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the entire email development process, from requirements gathering to post-launch analysis
• Create responsive and visually appealing email communications using HTML and CSS
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for optimization
• Develop and execute A/B tests and segmentation strategies to improve email performance metrics
• Collaborate with technology partners to troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey creation and management
• Advanced understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and AmpScript
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design for email templates
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and managing Campaigns
• Experience with direct mail integration and social media/customer service integration within Salesforce
• Familiarity with internet and email technologies and protocols
• Ability to share email marketing knowledge and best practices with the team
