We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist. The Social Media specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing social media posts and campaigns. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for organizing, researching and providing analytical assessment of the social media content that amplifies our brand and our client’s brand. You will also be responsible for supporting the Social Media accounts by proactively managing and growing clients’ social media platforms through community engagement, providing marketing solutions by assisting in content planning and researching new trends in Social Media. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team by amplifying the Social Know How brand by utilizing unique insight and ideas with the intent to generate leads. Reporting to the Senior Director, Communications & Digital Marketing, you will support building brand awareness and audience engagement by developing and executing an aligned, consistent and compelling social media strategy across multiple platforms relevant to GoGeekz. You will think strategically and integrate social media into larger business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Creating content for a variety of platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok and staying on top of the content calendar.

· Work with the team to promote GoGeekz and the client’s brand across all social media platforms.

• Assist the team with lead generation by running ads, developing and executing outbound and inbound strategies for GoGeekz

• Work with the team to run ads for clients and GoGeekz

• Research ways to improve social media and digital presence for GoGeekz and all other clients.

· Measure website traffic to content, Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc to provide valuable

· Compose and execute monthly email newsletters, vlogs for GoGeekz & select clients

· Conduct market research on hashtags, industries and competitors.

· Assist with regular reporting and data pulling from various social media campaigns

· Analyze content & campaigns, report findings and provide recommendations

· Maintain and develop social media communities and networks and grow client’s social media platforms through community engagement

· Deliver reporting & analytics to the team

· Compose and execute monthly email newsletter marketing piece for GoGeekz vlogs for GoGeekz & select clients

· Create content using Canva and/or other graphic design software.

What you have

• You are highly proficient with the latest version of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (required)

• You have experience with TikTok, LinkedIn (preferred)

• Previous education or coursework in communications or marketing (preferred)

• You have experience working with Canva, HootSuite, Iconosquare, Adobe Photoshop, and/or another social media management software (preferred)

• You have previous experience working in a similar position (preferred)

• You have excellent writing skills

• You have a hyperactive eye for detail

• You are extremely savvy for everything and all things social

• You have excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

• You are a self-motivated, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• You are up-to-date on the newest tools and changes to platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
