Overview:

Kings Education is expanding its student recruitment efforts in India and seeks a dynamic India Recruitment/Sales Associate. This role focuses on converting marketing leads into committed students for our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Effectively convert marketing leads into enrolled students by addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and clearly communicating the value of Kings Education programs.
  • Agency Management and Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for recruitment agents to ensure they are well-versed in Kings Education offerings and can effectively promote our programs.
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in educational fairs, open houses, and other promotional events to represent Kings Education and engage with potential students and their families.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agents, educational consultants, and prospective students to foster brand loyalty and increase enrollment.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment Director to develop and implement strategies for meeting and exceeding enrollment targets. Work closely with admissions to ensure conversion.
  • Documentation and CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and client confidentiality.
  • Market Analysis: Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, education recruitment, or a related area.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel frequently for fairs and agent training sessions.
  • Ability to work non-traditional work schedule.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Enrollment Targets: Achievement of specific enrollment numbers for Kings Education programs.
  • Agent Performance/Conversion: Improvement in agent effectiveness and conversion rates from application to deposit confirmation.
  • Event Impact: Successful participation in events as measured by lead generation and follow-up conversions.
  • Client Satisfaction: High levels of satisfaction among partners, as measured by feedback and retention rates.
