InterSources inc is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Hunter to join our internal Kasm Sales Team. This role is pivotal for driving outbound sales efforts and generating leads for our services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to produce leads using our mining tools. The primary focus will be on selling InterSources’ services within the tech industry, specifically targeting software sales. Experience in selling to clients in North America is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through outbound efforts using provided tools and personal networks.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct extensive outreach to prospective clients, maintaining a high volume of engagement.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, guiding potential customers through the journey to becoming clients.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities during client needs assessment to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products/services, presenting tailored solutions to enhance client value.
- Sales Strategy: Follow B2B and MEDDPICC frameworks.
- Outreach Performance: Achieve target outreach efforts per month, measured by the quantity of outreach activities conducted.
- Deal Closure: Successfully close deals, evaluated by the number of deals finalized and converted into sales.
Technical Skills
A reasonable understanding of CITRIX, Azure, AWS, and Licensing is required to effectively communicate with potential clients and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Preferably 5+ years of experience in tech industry software sales, with a proven track record in managing the sales cycle from prospect to customer.
- North American Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales within the North American market, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading sales initiatives, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to engage effectively with clients.
- Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in: B2B Enterprise and MEDDPICC framework.
