What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage project tasks for team members to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Collaborate with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, and Vendors to create and oversee project deliverables
• Gather and document project requirements for internal and external use
• Facilitate project status meetings and communicate updates to relevant personnel
• Monitor and update project tasks using MS Project or other identified project tools

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred
• Minimum three years of project management experience required
• Must possess the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under time constraints
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, and Smartsheet is required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience working in a banking or technology environment preferred
• Experience using and updating SharePoint sites is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with a constructive, solutions-focused approach
