🚀 The role:
We are looking for a Producer with at least one prior experience contributing to a shipped game, or 2+ years of experience in game production.
In this role, you’ll oversee our current and future projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration stay on track. You’ll take charge of a small production team, currently one talented individual reporting directly to you, with the potential to expand as our projects grow.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just organized but also passionate about refining workflows and creating a production system that’s efficient, reliable, and built to scale. 🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the production pipeline, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the overall vision.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the development team, fostering effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all production processes, milestones, and deliverables are well-documented and accessible.
- Lead team meetings, provide actionable follow-ups, and address blockers to keep the development process running smoothly.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Oversee the use of project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and optimize workflows.
🌟 Requirements:
- Proven experience in game production, with at least one shipped title or 2+ years in a production role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- In-depth understanding of game development processes, including workflows, pipelines, and cross-discipline collaboration.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address potential risks.
- Experience leading meetings, providing clear communication, and ensuring actionable follow-ups.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of programming or technical pipelines.
- Knowledge of game design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Prior experience working in a remote or international team environment.
