Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the shipping, tracking, and delivery of all B2B shipments with a goal of achieving 98% on time delivery.
  • Proactively address issues such as carrier and customs clearance delays by working with the relevant internal and external parties to find immediate solutions. Effectively manage critical incidents and minimize their impact on deliveries.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, carriers, warehouse operators, and internal teams to keep everyone informed about shipment status and any potential issues.
  • Analyze trends impacting key performance indicators (KPIs) (on-time delivery) and identify short and long term solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes and procedures. Act as the main point of contact for all logistics related matters involving B2B orders with a strong sense of accountability for the KPIs and the customer experience.
  • Must be have a passion for problem-solving and experience working in shipping & tracking.

Requirement

  • 4+ years of experience in project logistics or shipping & tracking customer service.
  • Experience with FedEx, DHL, UPS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented — willing to relentlessly fight for the customer.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional and multinational teams.
  • Proficient in English.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$60,000—$75,000 USD
