Our staffing agency represents a privately-held digital media agency that has been operating profitably for 20 years and has been trusted by blue-chip brands such as Toyota, Home Depot, Apple, Chipotle, and H&R Block.
This 50-employee firm, which has earned a 4.6 Glassdoor rating (100% Approve CEO), is seeking Publisher Sales Executives to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations nationwide. This is a work-from-home role, but you must live in a preferred metro area.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office.
* $80k to $150k base, commensurate with previous revenue performance. OTE is double your base; and the comp plan is uncapped.
* Accelerators, bonuses, medical, dental, vision, 401(k); paid maternity and paternity.
* We are open to both junior and senior profiles, but you must have at least 2 years of experience working directly with publishers.
* Top performers here use a disciplined methodology applied towards driving new business. Ideally, you will have experience selling with a methodology such as The Challenger Sale combined with a highly consultative approach.

We seek a highly motivated team player to join our Sales team.
We are seeking a Publisher Sales Executive who is a self-motivated, results-driven professional with knowledge in hunting for new business. The right person for this role is a pure hunter who will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and will utilize those relationships to drive sustainable revenue.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, strategic, sets a high bar for themselves, and has strong attention to detail, yet can see “the big picture.” This individual will be responsible for growing current advertiser base through new publisher acquisition.
Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Publisher Sales Executive, you’ll leverage your industry contacts to establish new relationships with publishers. You will act as our evangelist, creating new opportunities for our product offerings to maximize revenue for our clients. This position reports to the VP of Global Revenue.
Additionally, you will:
Grow our publisher family by prospecting and closing new accounts
Identify areas of opportunity and improvement in an effort to establish a publisher’s relationship with our offerings
Demonstrate extensive product knowledge; make recommendations as needed
Cultivate strong relationships through face-to-face, email, and phone communication
Communicate goals and results to key stakeholders
Qualifications:
A consistent track record in Publisher Development
2+ years of experience and a strong understanding of the AdTech industry
A contact list of publishers
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
A customer-focused attitude with relationship management skills
The mindset of a hunter; you drive change and you’re self-motivated
Creative problem-solving capabilities
Strong time management and prioritization skills
We’d also like to see:
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence team members to deliver actionable results
Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills
Comfort interacting across multiple teams and management levels within the organization
Previous background in the media landscape (linear, digital, or social) is a plus
