Job Summary
We are seeking a Catalogue Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our training catalogue. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for education and training. This role involves curating and managing our extensive list of training offerings, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurately described, and aligned with market needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies for the catalogue management process to ensure it supports business objectives.
- Continuously review and update the training catalogue, including course descriptions, scheduling, and pricing.
Content Coordination:
- Work closely with subject matter experts and educational content developers to ensure the catalogue offers comprehensive, up-to-date, and competitive training modules.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align the catalogue offerings with market trends and promotional strategies.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all catalogue entries are accurate, complete, and meet the high-quality standards set by OnlyTRAININGS.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs offered and suggest improvements based on participant feedback and market research.
Data Management:
- Utilize database management systems to keep track of all training materials, registrations, and participant feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends, predict customer needs, and recommend catalogue adjustments accordingly.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to refine and expand the training offerings.
- Participate in industry events and webinars to stay updated with the latest trends in training and development.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for catalogue entries, updates, and promotional materials.
- Provide training and development for team members to ensure high performance and career growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Catalogue Manager, Content Manager, or similar role, ideally within the education, training, or e-learning industries.
- Experience with database management and content management systems.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for identifying discrepancies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the chemical industry and its training needs.
- Experience in digital marketing and SEO strategies.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
