We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Apps Developer to design and develop custom business applications that drive efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate has expertise in creating Power Apps applications, integrating with Microsoft 365 and other data sources, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deploy applications.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement custom Power Apps solutions based on business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define application functionality and user experience.
• Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces within Power Apps to enhance the end-user experience, keeping accessibility and usability in mind.
• Connect Power Apps to a variety of data sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and external APIs, ensuring seamless data integration and flow.
• Maintain and update existing Power Apps applications, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure applications operate efficiently and reliably.
• Leverage Power Automate to build and integrate workflows and automations within Power Apps to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and visualizations to enhance data reporting and analytics within Power Apps.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including application design, user guides, and support materials, ensuring that solutions are well-documented for future reference and support.
• Work closely with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Adhere to and promote best practices in Power platform governance, security and compliance including data privacy and access controls.

� Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Proven experience with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and integration within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Power BI and the ability to create data visualizations within Power Apps.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, OData, and Azure for integration and custom connectors.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom development within Power Apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preference: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or other relevant Power Platform certifications.
