Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

We are excited to present an opportunity with a global agricultural commodity trading company looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack. In this role, you will join an innovative SCRUM team, responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing applications. You will mentor junior engineers, manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ensure scalability, security, and quality.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will focus on both front-end and back-end development for greenfield products, while also optimizing existing solutions to improve user experience and performance. You will play a key role in managing technical debt, improving CI/CD pipelines, responding to production incidents, and ensuring security best practices. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs and managing end-to-end project delivery, including go-to-market strategy and coordination with external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in at least 4 different teams, with at least 2 of those in a Scrum environment.
• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript stack, ReactJS and ExpressJS, MongoDB and PostgreSQL for the Database.
• Experience with Assorted JS tools for automated testing and Gitlab CI/CD and K8s for deployment.
• Passionate about simplifying complex code and making systems more efficient.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and understanding of when to apply them.
• Proven experience in a Scrum environment, including sprint planning and delivery.
• Experience growing up on a farm or a strong passion for future farm management would be an advantage.
• Thai nationality, fluent or proficient in English.

• Salary: Up to 150,000 THB/Month (Depending on candidate experience)
