Description
Auria Space is seeking a Product Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. On this team, you will support the United States Space Force design and develop applications to modernize Space Domain Awareness and Space C2 Warfighter capabilities. These applications enhance the capabilities for the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), 18th Space Control Squadron (SPCS), and National Space Defense Center (NSDC). Â
In the Software Product Manager role, you will oversee and advise a software development team to ensure the applications are meeting warfighter needs, set objectives, and hitting milestones.
Salary Range: $118,000 – $167,000
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of direct experience as a Product Manager for application development teams.
- 5+ years of supporting DoD software development programs
- Secret clearance minimum required – TS preferred
- BS in mgt, computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar.Â
- Experience translating user needs and managing technical backlogs
- Experience developing space software
- Experience developing USSF/USAF software
- Ability to lead multiple independent application teams
- Ability to convey complex, technical ideas to government leadership.
Preferred:
- 10+ years of experience translating user needs and managing technical backlogs
- 5+ years of experience developing space software
- 5+ years of experience developing USSF/USAF software
- 5+ years leading an application teams
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in which you have worked closely with government customers and been responsible for conveying complex, technical ideas
- Master’s degree in business, computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar
