As the remote Service Delivery Manager Business Support is responsible for managing a service delivery team to deliver products and services to support data quality management, training, and real property compliance for the USACE AIS REMIS.
How You’ll Make An Impact
This position is responsible for providing high quality end user experience support. This is accomplished by offering training through multiple avenues (onsite, eLearning, webinars etc.) for REMIS. The Data Quality Management is accomplished by providing stewardship and reporting to the user community to provide the necessary expertise to evaluate, monitor, and remediate the integrity and accuracy of data within REMIS and provide recommendations and support for a REMIS Data Quality Management plan.
Responsibilities
- Performs the impact analysis of approved Change Requests (CRs) for data quality monitoring and anomaly detection/reporting functionality within the REMIS application
- Provide functional impact analysis that outlines and describe impacts to REMIS for newly published guidelines to include:
- DoD Real Property Inventory Model (RPIM) and Real Property Categorization System Requirements (RPCS)
- Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP)
- General Services Administration (GSA)
- Army Audit Readiness (AAR)

Here’s What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Instructional Design capability
- Experience with Adobe Captivate
- Data Visualization skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skill
