Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customized angel investment framework in alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and assess high-potential startup investment opportunities.
• Facilitate the establishment of efficient due diligence protocols to evaluate investment risks, valuations, and growth prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with angel investor networks, syndicates, and prospective co-investors.
• Provide valuable insights into industry trends, investment best practices, and legal considerations pertaining to early-stage funding.
• Assist the organization in structuring investment agreements, including convertible notes, SAFE agreements, and equity distributions.
• Educate and mentor internal teams regarding angel investing best practices.
