What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage projects from initial concept through to final implementation
• Define project scope, objectives, and develop detailed work plans and schedules
• Conduct project meetings and track project progress and analysis
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management or related field
• Degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, and EHS
• Proficiency in SDLC practices and expertise in facilitating Agile teams
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks; must be a US Citizen

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Prior liaison experience between business and technical teams
• SOX Controls & Compliance experience
• Ability to re-prioritize work based on changing business priorities
• Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years
