What will you do?

As an Outbound Fiber Sales Agent, you will ensure that customers get the best value for all their products and services. You will:

• Make outbound calls to existing or new customers
• Upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
• Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
• Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Meet and exceed different KPI targets

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience working in a call center
• Experience in a role where you have done outbound sales
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
• The ability to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working
• Residing in and legally able to work in Alberta, Canada
• Have open availability to work between the business operating hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm MST, Monday to Friday and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm MST Saturdays (Sundays off)

Technical Requirements

This is a bring-your-own-device program. Please ensure your computer meets the following specifications:

• Windows 10 or 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Minimum Intel I3 processor
• The ability to work with an ethernet cable connected to the modem
• Minimum Internet speeds of 15Mbs download/5Mbs upload
• Webcam required for training
• USB Headset
