Marsh McLennan IMEA is seeking candidates for the following position based in our IMEA regional office:
IMEA Regional Financial Manager

We will count on you to:
- Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to country CEOs across the IMEA region
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, including the IMEA region ExCo member, to drive business strategy and direction
- Communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements across the region
- Lead special projects and initiatives to support the growth and profitability of the IMEA
business
What you need to have:
- Professional accreditation CA/CFA/ACCA or similar accounting qualification
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a multinational company, reporting to headquarters
in the UK, US, or Singapore
- Industry experience in professional or financial services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate different
levels of seniority
- Highly self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial analysis, management of information systems or processes, and
financial modeling
- Ability to partner with senior management to drive and build strategic business plans
- Ability to challenge the status quo of leaders and provide advice on financial outcomes
and their impact on strategic direction
- Ability to drive the tactical budget and rolling forecast processes at country and regional
levels
- Proficiency with financial applications such as Hyperion and Essbase preferred
- Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, with experience handling large data sets

- Understanding of databases/data warehouses and financial applications
- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
