What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Respond to client incidents and requests regarding the clinical aspects of the Epic suite
• Proactively manage all assigned and unassigned incidents and requests
• Drive resolution to maintain account SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
• Participate in the development of knowledge management and training content for staff
• Assist and mentor service desk staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare systems customer service or call center experience
• Minimum 3 years of desktop administration or service desk application support experience
• 5+ years of clinical care delivery experience
• 5+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build, and support
• Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous team leadership experience
• Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems
• Demonstrates a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues
• Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
