Operations Manager Young Workspaces (Remote)

Location: Valencia (partly remote)

Salary: €1,900 – €2,700 gross per month

With successful locations in the Netherlands and Valencia, we aim to expand to approximately 20 strategic locations worldwide over the next 3-4 years, including New York and Curaçao soon. Our mission is to offer professionals and businesses not just functional workspaces but also creative and inspiring environments.

Your Role as Operational Manager

As an Operational Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of all our global locations. Acting as the central link between our local Office Managers per location and the Young Holding leadership team, you’ll ensure that every site operates efficiently and successfully. This is a management role with a strong operational focus, requiring strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across all global co-working locations.
• Visit all the locations and control them.
• Guide and support local Office Managers to ensure high standards.
• Monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations of each location.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize occupancy rates.
• Analyze occupancy data and take action where improvement is needed.
• Collaborate closely with on-site operational teams.
• Plan and support the strategic expansion into new markets.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in an operational or management role.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong helicopter view.
• Proven experience managing teams across multiple locations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in the coworking industry and a passion for scaling businesses.
• Flexibility to work partly remotely and partly from our Valencia office.

What We Offer

• A salary between €1,900 and €2,700 gross per month, depending on experience.
• A hybrid work model: partly remote and partly at our headquarters in Valencia.
