C2’s client, a small, but growing branding, marketing, social, and PR agency seeks an experienced, organized Project Manager to provide support to their team. The Project Manager will oversee and drive the execution of branding and advertising projects from concept to delivery. This person will also be responsible for keeping projects on track, and ensuring that campaigns stay within set budgets and timelines.

Location: Remote
Compensation: $80,000/yr. maximum
Job Description:
This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows. This individual will collaborate closely with the account manager, creative team, and external partners/freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our high standards of quality. They will be able to lead campaigns for conception to completion, guiding team members and ensuring cohesion in all work.

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the lifecycle of multiple projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, websites, digital, and marketing collateral
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, strategists, and account managers, to align on goals and deliverables
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maintaining profitability
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential challenges, identify solutions, and ensure smooth project execution
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, performance, and post-project evaluations
- Process Optimization: Contribute to refining and improving internal workflows to enhance efficiency and team productivity
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in project management within a branding, advertising, or marketing agency
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, including branding initiatives and integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of creative and production processes for print, digital, and video assets
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Slack and Clickup)
- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
- A passion for branding and advertising, with a keen eye for detail and creative excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or work experience equivalent
