Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our marketing team. In this strategic role, you will closely collaborate with our sales department to implement targeted outbound demand generation initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting and executing personalized outbound campaigns designed to engage high-value accounts, spur pipeline growth, and accelerate revenue generation. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aligning marketing strategies with tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to identify, prioritize, and engage high-value accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Design and execute customized outbound campaigns tailored to specific accounts and buyer personas.
- Manage cold email initiatives utilizing tools like Smartlead and HubSpot, ensuring optimization for engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement personalized outreach strategies incorporating various communication channels.
- Create templates, messaging, and enablement materials that bolster outbound sales efforts.
- Coordinate with content, design, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout all campaigns.
- Analyze and track the performance of outbound campaigns, offering insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance outbound strategies, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, emphasizing outbound demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), or sales enablement.
- Demonstrable success in devising and implementing outbound campaigns that effectively drive pipeline growth and revenue, especially in enterprise or high-value account contexts.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Smartlead and HubSpot, with a strong grasp of email deliverability best practices.
- Exceptional skills in messaging and copywriting, with the ability to produce tailored outreach content for both technical and business audiences.
- In-depth understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with proven experience collaborating with sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
- A data-driven approach to tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with ICP development, sales collateral creation, and account-targeting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience within SaaS, IT, or security sectors, particularly engaging with enterprise clients or technical audiences, is preferred.
