Mlops Devops Engineer Wfh (Remote)

We are on the lookout for a skilled and driven DevOps/MLOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud systems to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a meticulous individual who thrives on learning new technologies and possesses practical experience in MLOps and system administration. The successful candidate will demonstrate proactivity and the capacity to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical disciplines, including collaboration with engineers, project managers, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the automation and management of software development operations in a cloud-based setting to ensure seamless and secure workflows.
• Analyze and refine existing operational processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Administer multiple cloud environments concurrently, ensuring redundancy, security compliance, and system reliability.
• Provide Level 2 technical support to swiftly investigate and resolve issues.
• Develop tools and automated solutions aimed at minimizing errors, boosting system performance, and enhancing user experience.
• Create and document troubleshooting protocols to facilitate smooth system maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Design and maintain workflows for machine learning, data pipelines, and automated testing procedures.
• Continuously assess and enhance the performance of machine learning models in production.
• Implement and oversee monitoring and logging systems to maintain secure and compliant machine learning infrastructure.
• Streamline the deployment and scaling of machine learning models utilizing advanced technologies such as EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
• Commit to the ongoing improvement of development processes, infrastructure, and operational tools.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, MLOps, or a comparable software engineering position.
• Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving orientation and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to express technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding quality and security standards in all tasks.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on your experience, geographic location, and potential contractual requirements. The anticipated salary range is between (110,000 and )140,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your well-being. In addition to standard benefits, we provide:
