Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our passionate team. As the second marketing hire, you will closely collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders to elevate our brand presence and drive growth. Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategy, encompassing demand generation initiatives, campaign management, and content development to broaden our reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to influence our growth trajectory through a variety of impactful responsibilities:

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and enhancing engagement.
• Plan, organize, and manage our presence at industry events, including sponsorships and follow-up strategies.
• Develop demand generation programs and devise paid advertising strategies to enrich our pipeline.
• Create and implement social media strategies, including content creation and scheduling.
• Produce high-impact content for blogs, social media, and email communications.
• Coordinate a series of webinars, managing outreach and maximizing participation.
• Create and refresh sales collateral while supporting sales inquiries to bolster team efforts.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• 4-8 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to demand generation, social media, events, and content creation.
• Proven success in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns, including the ability to analyze outcomes and extract insights.
• Experience in managing events from initial planning through post-event lead generation.
• Strong writing capabilities, combined with basic design skills and aptitude for generating performance reports.
• Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and Asana.
• Adaptability and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

• A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years in a marketing role with hands-on experience in demand generation and campaign management.
