What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define and evolve the product vision and develop a prioritized roadmap aligned with market demands and user needs
• Gather customer insights to translate healthcare professionals’ challenges into effective product features
• Champion Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery
• Provide direction and coaching to team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields; equivalent work experience will be considered
• 6+ years of experience as a software product owner and/or product manager, ideally within the healthcare or SaaS sectors
• At least 2 years in a leadership position managing direct reports
• Strong technical background with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic settings
